Yeah, there are lots of movie review sites, apps, and the like, but here’s a little trick I found to be pretty accurate in determining if a movie is going to be a hit or not.
Next time you’re at a theater watching previews, listen very carefully to the response from the crowd immediately after the preview for a particular upcoming movie finishes. You will hear things like “no way,” “nope,” “looks good,” “we need to see that,” etc. murmured from the crowd. I almost always agree with what I’m hearing from my fellow movie-goers, and 9 times out of 10, they’re right on with whether a movie is going to win or not at the box office.
Try it next time you’re at a flick, and see if you don’t agree.
